Premier Estate ripoff I ordered a diamond and emerald ring #68992 Dec. 27 My credit card has been charged but the ring has not been shipped I dont have the ring as of 4-04-04 Orlando Florida
I saw this Premier estate liquidations show on Cable t.v. I saw a diamond and emerald ring and bidded $1500. I was told by the ones that takes the bid that I had won the bid and how did I want to pay. I told him that I would pay by a credit card and I made the purchase right then. After a month has gone by I still have not recieved the ring. I have made several to many calls and have not been able to get thru to customer service.
I have called many time to get information to the bidder takers and they can only say they will relay the message to customer service. No one has called me back nor have the ring been sent to me. Had I known this would be happening no way would I have ordered anything from this company. I have not been able to make any contact with this company. They either have a recording or a busy signal all the times I have call. Please let others know that this show has scam to it so they want make the same mistake I made. Thank you for any help that you can give me to get this company expose to more people about their rip off scheme.
