This company contacted us and attempted to get us to wire money to Mexico for the taxes and fees for the closing of our Time Share sell. The told us they had a buyer buying 100 Time Share Deeds all at one time and everything they furnished looked realistic for the documentation, to the website. The request for us to sends funds didn't even come up until closer to the finalization with the supposed Title Company in Seattle Washington.

This company and the Title company were neither registered with the State of Michigan or the State of Washington for the Title Company - Good Will Title Holding Company. Neither Company would provide us documentation to prove that they were a real company and registered in their respective State. We contacted the State of Michigan and the State of Washington and neither company was in their system and the BBB had no info where both were supposed to have been in business for several years.

Premier Event Solutions & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

#2Consumer Comment

Mon, February 03, 2014

I was promised that they could sell my Royal Elite timeshare in a matter of days. After $900 and nine months later, I have never heard from them again. I fear that many like myself have been sucked into this scam. Timeshare Registry International and other timeshare reselling companies exist merely to prey on the trust of us senior citizens
