This company cold called my parents claiming they had a buyer for their Cancun Timeshare. They said that all they had to do was pay the federal taxes of $3780 upfront according to Mexican Law. My parents wired the money to them and before long, they needed the State Taxes of $2045 to be paid before closing. My parents also wired that money along to them and before long they needed $1450 and were told they would have the money in their account in 2 days. This company is very advanced in their schemes and have a believable website, contracts and receipts for all these dealings. DO NOT BE FOOLED by this company and this group of liars, they will steal your money and you will never get it back!!!

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront ... I found these articles that speak precisely about this, you should read them, that might help you to resolve many doubts:

Premier Property Management & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

Premier Exchange Marketing contacted me with all the right answers. They said my Royal Elite timeshare would be easy to sell and it would be sold 30-60 days, but no way it would last over 90 days. James made sure I would be able to answer my phone for all the offers. I would have to be able to say yeah or nah on the offers. It's been over 3 months and I have not received one offer nor have I heard from James to discuss any issues. This company is a joke and I warn everyone to stay clear. They got $1,200 out of me and I am sure they will try to get more out of you
