Complaint Review: Premier Fitness

I joined Premier back in 2004, a couple months after joining a friend, who was also a member, informed me that their doors were closed for some reason.

I called the receptionist told me they were shut down for renovations. I asked why I wasn't informed and where do I go now as this one was the most convenient location and all she could say was you have to go to another location. A few days later there's a fence around the building - machines are being removed. Therefore, I stopped payments on my membership.

A year later Premier starts calling me looking for a payment of over $500. I told them that I was lied to and was extremely upset with their level of customer service and they weren't getting a dime out of me. A year later they called me again. I should have known better as 10 years earlier I had a membership and once it ended they continued to take money from my account which I never got back.

This gym is one of the most deceptive companies out there. They are thieves, liars and should be put of business.
