Premier Fitness Premier Ladies Fitness; National Fitness Illegally contracted a 3 year service agreement during a "Promotional Contest" Dayton Ohio
After "winning" a free trial membership to this business they offered a discounted rate for a 1 year membership, while drafting the agreement the sales associate listed the membership term to 36 months. This has been on my credit report for 6 years because I absolutely refuse to pay them any more money beyond the 12 month period I have already paid. This has been hurting my credit score for quite some time but I will let it sit there until a class action suit has closed this fraudulent company.
