I received a debit to my checking accout on 12/27/02 in the amount of $139.95 for a purchaes that I never made to premier health. I called the phone number and it is not a valid number. My bank is filing a dispute on this activity as of today 02/11/03. I went on-line to locate the company and found a web site describing this exact scenario, including name of comapny and amout of charge. The web site prompted this report.
