I completely concur with Howard, and I too have been a victim of this company and their theft tactics. I am still owed nearly $5700 in back payroll and expenses that have yet to be paid. They have been running this racket for many years under several company names: RDMI Media, Fox Media, Premier Home Show, and Premier Multimedia.
I did not become aware of the tactics this company used until late November of 2007. At that point it became clear that Brad was not only embezzeling from his own company but completely misappropriating funds for his own gain. Several, if not all employees have yet to be paid and the activities of this man continue today.
I just want to say to all of the past employees of this company that Brad and Laura will answer for their crimes legally and both will be spending a lot of time in prison. There are MANY builders that they have stolen from that are mounting a case against them, and since they are all located in other states there will be a federal indictment coming his way. I have already been questioned in reference to several of the companies they have frauded.

I am interested in finding out more information. Do you know the names and city/state of any builders from whom money was taken and the contracts were not satisfied? Do you know the names of any individuals who have this information and can you ask them to sign up to ripoffreport.com and have them post this information? It would be a great help.
Your comments are similar to many that i have heard. This group ran a company in Michigan and had a similar pattern before they left. It was alleged to me that when they left for Florida that they failed to pay their employees. It was interesting that i spoke with two of them yesterday and was told some very enlighting stories of the histories of both Brad Huard and Owen Rogers. The stories included problems with satisfying some of the contracts they wrote.

You are your husband are both thieves and are both to ignorant to have a successful and practical business. You ripped me off and lied to me continuously and I brought it to your attention numerous times that what you are doing is unethical and things need to change. I even offered to help change things around but instead you continued on the same path of destruction and for that you will pay the price. I know about how you flat out ripped off venders, your own employees and your own company.

According to Owen Rogers, you and Brad were never given authorization to use Premier Home Show or its entity in any way. Now, we all know that Owen knew you were using it, but he decided to play stupid when he and I had a taped conversation last week after the Attorney General's office called to question me about your business. Since Owen will likely say he didn't give permission to avoid any legal trouble that will come from the clients' complaints to the AG's office, that means you'll have to prove that he knew. But what it REALLY means is that all business contracts you have are completely invalid. You are operating illegally and have embezzled from your own "company." You can NEVER co mingle business funds with personal funds. You also do not have a business license, do not pay ANY employment taxes and have been reported to FLDL and the IRS.
I think you should spend more time trying to fix your legal problems and less time posting grammatically incorrect rebuttals.

Mrs. Jennifer Valenti was brought on to be a production manager for The Premier Home Show. Not only has she cost the company $10,000 of dollars in losses which she (Jennifer) gratiously blamed previos employees for those mistakes.
Jennifer continuously emplyed that any and all projects were finished and completed. However, to our suprise and disappointment, we became aware that that was ne where the case. Jennifer was PAID and RESPONSIBLE for the completion of all projects placed in her hands. That didn't occure.
Our firm is doing its' level best to complete ALL obligations to ALL of our clients. Meanwhile, Jennifer is continueing "Intentional Interference with a Business Relationship". Theft, stolen physical equiptment as well as other company property which has taken intervention with local law enforcement to retreive, was only a SMALL PORTION.
Jennifer seems to have been more productive in the last 4 to 6 weeks than the day she ever walked into our office. Its' become obvious that Jennifers only motivation, was to have cover for othe personal activities.
