I joined premier Jewish Introductions in Dec of 2007. I sent them a check for $945.00. This service is suppose to provide me with introductions over the internet in the hopes of meeting someone. They advertise their company as a personalized matchmaking service with exclusive members only club. They advertise that all their members are screened for background checks. They are suppose to provide me with 2-7 introductions a month.

I have become aware after having only 2 introductions from this company, that they are a fraud. they steal pictures and profiles off other websites, and email them to me as if they are members of this service, when in fact they are not. They sent me a match of someone that I had dated in the past.they sent me a profile of this man with the same exact picture and profile word for word that is advertised on Jdate. After talking with him, he told me a lady had got a hold of his personal email address, and contacted him and tried to solict him to join their company with advertising my profile. In other words , they sent me a profile of him as a member of their company as a potential match, and then they send him my picture and profile as a solictation. These matches never respond to me because they are phony and do not belong to the service. My friend confirmed to me a lady lured him into giving him his email. Premier introductions sends profiles of nonmembers to its members, and lures new people into the scam by sending a solictation of a profile. After contacting the company, they will not return my calls, because they know I am aware of their scam. This company sets up fake profiles on other dating websites, as Jdate to lure people into this trap. These con artists email people telling them they know someone that would be a good match, but their pictures are not available .They ask people for their personal email, and then they send you the solictaion. After reporting this incident to Jdate, they took action and removed the fake profile. Premier introductions posts fake profiles on other websites as well, like match.com. Premier introductions also operates, aka Platinum introductions, and Prestige introductions. I told them I wanted a refund. They have not returned my calls.

I reported them to the BBB, Internet Crime Complaint Center, and the Federal trade comission. These fradulent company should not get away with scamming innocent people. I told them I was going to report them if I did not get my money back. I also told them I am willing to tell my story to the media. I guess they do not care, because they still have not refunded my money, and they have locked me out of thier websites. I want to inform the public to be careful and not join this service. I also called the bank that this company uses, and told them that I needed their help. I told them they were doing business with a fradulent company. The bank did not want to help me. I hope by posting this, it will get around and people will be more aware. This company should be shut down off the internet and prosecuted.

I wanted to add some other information as well. Thier is another complaint posted on this website against premier introductions. I read a new post from a woman in texas that claims she was scammed as well. She should file a complaint with the federal trade commission , and the internet crime fraud center. When they get several complaints they start investigating these scam companies. By the way, When the bbb contacted me they said premier never heard of me or did business with me, but on this website they claim I was a client . Who is misguided now? Maybe the Irs needs to investigate them.

This is in response to prmeir introductions rebutall. They are liars. They have a few different company names. First of all, they say my own bank would not communicate with me. that is not true, I never informed my bank of this problem. I called premier introductions bank to inform them that they do business with fradulent companies. My money was wired over to their bank by electronic check. Second of all the bbb in California, said that premier introductions never heard of me, which is a lie!

after talking to the bbb, they told me to fax them the copy of the check, and all emails of communication between Premier and my self, to prove that I was a member. They tried to tell the bbb, they never heard of me which is a lie. Even the lady at bbb said she could tell I was telling the truth, and the best she could do was send this to Premier for their response. As od 3/15/08, premier notresponded back to the bbb. My claim is a merit claim not false. The only thing bbb can do is post their fraud and business ranking on the better business bureau website which they said they will do. Premier

Introductions is a scam. They operate several fraudlent companies under other names. When I joined their club, they said they would match me with paid members of their club. They sent me profiles of men, that werecopied of other websites. I dated one of those men in the past and he said he never joind premier introductions. He said they copied his profile of Jdate. As for the other organizations I have reported them to, It takes time. I have reported to 2 federal goverment agencys, the Federal trade commission, and internet crime center. Of course Premier is going to deny scamming me out of my money, that is what they do for a living.

As for the terms of the contract, I understand them quite well. It states they have a club of excluisve members, they match you with.It does not state they send you profiles of nonmembers. That is why none of these men responded, because they were sent my profile with a solication to join thier services. I proof and have saved emails from an ex, that I dated in the past that told me they sent him a solication. That is why he did not respond back to me. he told me he was not a member. They sent me his profile as if he was a joined member. They are liars, and I will still let people know.

The next agency, I will call will be the Irs. I spent 945.00 for 2 matches that were phony, and when I confronted the company, they stopped taking my phone calls. PREMIER INTRODUCTIONS IS MISGUIDED AND HAS NO ETHICS OR INTERGITY. As for my bank I nevere informed them of this problem, because the check was cashed by pmj before I realized they wer scammers. There would be no reason to go to my bank. They just want to make excuses. For daters out here, stick to the legit companies, like eharmony, match.com or jdate. they do not scam you

Allison Herman ("Demi") Hollywood Florida - False Claim - Premier Jewish Introductions

#4Consumer Comment

Fri, March 14, 2008

Upon and by becoming a member, Alison Herman agreed to the terms of use that is outlined on PJI's website, linked to every page, under the Terms section.

During her active membership, Alison Herman's account was in satisfactory standing. She has filed claims with numerous organizations. All these organizations have investigated her claims according to their obligations and have concluded that her claims are false and without merit. Even her own bank has refused to cooperate with her. PJI is clearly adhering to the terms of contract.

Regretfully, Alison Herman is misguided in her understanding of a matchmaking service and that of PJI's service in particular. PJI's process and procedures are clearly outlined on PJI's website.

PJI has successfully worked with thousands of clients across the country. PJI clients pay for a service and PJI provides them with these services as discussed and outlined on their website.
