Premier Luxury Marketing INC., is a dangerous and deceptive telemarketing vacation scam. Their telemarketing representatives contact unsuspecting consumers to inform them that they qualify for a vacation package, that has been reduced up to 95% off the retail value. The consumer is told that this offer is based upon a so called preferred travel status they have been given because of past resort stays at resorts owned by R.C.I. ( Resort Condo International ), or I.I. ( Interval International ).

However, this is a deceptive lie designed to make the consumer believe that they are being given special treatment, in order to get the customer to later give their credit card number over the phone. The representative then ask the customer to grab a pen and paper to write down all the exciting details about the vacation package. The representative tells the customer that they will enjoy three nights at the Lake Buena Suites Resorts a ( Calypso Cay ) property, located in Orlando, Fl.

This to be followed by a two night stay at a resort in Daytona Beach, Fl. ( however, in reality there is no resort stay in Daytona rather the customer will be stunned to find that the stay will be at a hotel, the equivalent of a motel 6. Finally the customer is told that they will also enjoy a two night stay at the Newport Beach Resort in Miami, Fl.   The customer is told that all is required of them is to attend a brief timeshare presentation to get this fantastic vacation, when in reality the presentation will take up to 3 to 4 hours during which the customer is pressured relentlessly to buy into time share!

The representative then quotes the customer prices ranging from $798.00 to $199.00 dollars. ( what the customer ends up paying for the vacation package depends on which price each customer thinks is a good deal, so while one customer pays $798.00 dollars another only pays 199.00 dollars for the very same vacation package ).  When a customer thinks that the price is to high then the representative will say to them ( If i could do something really special for you on this phone call you would definitely would take advantage of it right? If the customer says yes or maybe the customer is placed on hold and then professional scam artist comes on the line ). His name will be Elash Kadiwer  or Richard Becker if during the hours of 11am to 4pm it will most likely be Elash or 4pm to 9pm Richard.

When Elash or Richard comes on the line their sole purpose is to deceive the customer into giving their credit card number by telling the customer that they are fully protected. The customer is told that a live recording the the transaction will be done, a confirmation number will be given along with a email detailing the entire vacation package, and that they will receive a full color copy in the mail in 10 to 14 business days. Sadly the customer never receives the confirmation email or the copy in the mail and the confirmation number given to the customer is worthless. I am ashamed to say that i worked for this horrible company until i questioned the moral ethics and business practices of the company. If you have been scammed by this ripoff company it is unlikely you will get your money back. However, you can fight back by filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, click on file a complaint, and choose the general complaint form. The company license number is TI55231

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, February 09, 2015

The original report on Richard Becker, aka Richard Sanders, was written two plus years ago. Since then, he has prospered. Becker started a company called Affordable Luxury Travel, LLC. In order to evade taxes, he folded the company and started Premiere Resorts International, LLC.
My organization was a purveyor for this company. I provided staff, office space, and logistical support. Becker stiffed me for thousands of dollars, so yes I do have an axe to grind. While this report is not unbiased, it is the truth.
This con man purchases his leads from shady sources. He has, on occasion, gained access to confidential customer information leaked by low level friends at Hilton, Wyndham, Bonnet Creek, Diamond Resorts, Summer Bay, and Marriot. Loyalty program data is copied onto a disk and presto! The telemarketing scammers have their data.
These scams are a dime a dozen... However, Richard Becker is unique in another way. Not only does he rip off the customer.. He terminates each employee after three to four sales. This way he pockets 100% of the ill gained revenue.
The scam is well planned and well played. The victim is called by Becker or one of his agents. They falsely identify themselves as representatives of one of the above organizations i.e. "Mr. Smith, this is Richard Becker, Marketing Director of Hilton Honors...".
Becker immediately establishes credibility as his stolen data contains the customer's loyalty status level, address, and travel preferences. He then informs them that they have been selected to receive a vacation at 85% of the retail price in exchange for "thirty minutes" of their time. What he is selling for $200 to $800 are cheap vacation certificates, or "certs". These are all tied to lengthy timeshare presentations. The customer is promised either a stay at a "Five Star Resort" in Florida or an "All Inclusive" to Mexico, Central America, etc.
In reality the customer is subjected to a 4 to 8 hour high pressure time share pitch. The resorts / fulfillment companies make additional money by charging numerous fees during the booking process and at the properties. An "85% off" Florida  vacation, sold by Becker, can cost an additional $1,600 in fees.
Despite the Florida Attorney General's best efforts, scams like this persist. Richard Becker is a lifelong telemarketing con artist. He knows the ins and outs of the industry. Most importantly, he knows when to close down & re-start a business under a new banner. That's how he has survived.

Premier Luxury Marketing INC / Calypso Cay Resorts Vacation Scam!! Baware!!!

#3Author of original report

Thu, November 01, 2012

This update is to give some clarity to the previous report about the hotel / resort vacation scam with Premier Luxury Marketing and also Calypso Cay Resorts. Richard I Becker / President of Premier Luxury Marketing is working in a contractual agreement With Calypso Cay Resorts. This is why when a representative of Premier Luxury Marketing contacts a consumer, he or she will say; i am calling on behalf of Calypso Cay Resorts.

Calypso Cay Resorts is clearly a company with a long history of shady business practices including, countless complaints of consumer credit card fraud, and miss representation about the size and quality of their suites, and the availability of dates to travel. As a result Calypso Cay Resorts has multiple law suits filed against their company. Please don't take my word for it just search Calypso Cay Resorts on this very site and see for yourself ! If you are a consumer who has been scammed by these two companies and want your money back, i can assure you that it is unlikely that either company will refund your money despite having told the customer, they have a full money back guarantee.

However, if the consumer used a credit card in the transaction your financial institution is obligated by law to cancel the transaction, per the credit card consumer protection act pass in 1995, when President Bill Clinton was in office to protect consumers from credit card fraud and scams. Consumers can also file a complaint with the Florida Dept. Agriculture and Consumers Services. All the information to file a complaint against Premier Luxury Marketing is located at the top of the report.
