Complaint Review: Premier Medical Spa

Premier Medical Spa still hasn't refunded my $2,438.09 from June 12, 2010 as per Rebekka Derus/Giselle Cardillo CEO indicated in several emails from Mississauga, Ontario

I visited Premier Medical Spa in June 2010 for a laser hair removal consultation.I was given a package price and was being pressured into purchasing it before I left; I asked if I could have the end of the day to consider it and try to contact my dermatologist.I tried to contact my dermatologist; however, was not able to speak with her, so I called Premier Medical Spa and stated that I would like to make sure I get the quoted package price but need some more time to contact my dermatologist to see whether the laser treatment is proven to be safe for people with Vitiligo.The sales representative indicated I could get the quoted price if I make the payment with my credit card over the phone and I could always call them back if my dermatologist advises me any different.The following day I speak with my dermatologist and decided not to proceed with the laser hair removal.I called Premier Medical Spa to advise them that I would like my refund in full because there are no studies to indicate that laser would not agitate Vitiligo.They indicated that I signed a contract and they dont give refunds, I stated that I did not sign any contracts.On June 15, 2010 Rebekka Derus stated that Client has vitiligo. Approval for laser hair treatments were obtained, and client purchesed a pkg of 8 tx in three areas. PIF Clients dr ( christine webster at Creditview) has advised client not to proceed. Please refund agreement in full on #25612 paid by MC on June 12th. $ 2438.09 Thankyou Rebekka. Ive received emails from Ms. Derus on November 16, 18 & January 12 stating they will process the refund today or tomorrow . That day has not yet come; therefore, on January 24th Ive contacted my credit card company and a dispute/fraud report against Premier Medical Spa has been initiated.
