Doug and Bonnie Wlasiuk, husband and wife working together to screw people over in this mortgage buisness. Employee's and potential borrower's.

While the "Branch Manager" Mr. Wlasiuk is drinking on the job and the Mrs. is lying to potential borrowers about why they can't give them the rate they think they should get, they are screwing the employee's.

I am a former employee of this unproffesional duo out to make a buck, even if they have to take it from an employee.

I am a pregnant woman due in 1 1/2 months, and while I've been waiting for my paycheck for the 2 months I have been an ex--employee, they have promised and promised it was coming, then they lied and said the loans didn't close, come to find out that was untrue they got defensive and rude. They somehow justify to eachother that it's alright to screw people over for the sake of it paying the bills they have. They are not the only ones with bills.

While I worked for these two disgusting people, I ran their errands with the "promise" of 50% commission so that meant no hourly wage, which I trusted from them as a buisness. I kept pushing the issue to please get me trained for the day they "promised" I would be working from home for when my child was born.

They have a lead system where you order leads online and send letters to homeowners stating...

"Please contact me regarding your (bank they used) mortgage. You may qualify for a mortgage insurance premium refund"

They pulled people in by tricking them and then lying to them about closing cost's and rate's. Once they got a borrower to fall for their scam, they would sit on the loans, keep people waiting, take days off at a time while employee's counted on this money, and tell employee's like myself the loan fell through and keep the money.

Unless I witnessed the mail myself, they would keep what lead's would come back from letter's I had written to homeowners. I am speaking from experience the disclosures I would see on their desk and whatever excuse they could come up with for not telling me or paying me. Obviously once all of this non-sense kept happening I realized what they were up to and with no intentions to fully pay employee's what they were owed, I quit with once again promises of my pay, I had to follow up for 2 months and with no surprise to me they became angry that I didn't just give up. With a baby almost here, no remorse, they just again, justify to eachother that somehow what they are doing is not wrong. Finally on the day I was "supposed" to pick up my paycheck, they call the cops knowing I would be there to pick it up and give me a warning for trespassing. A pregnant woman who just wants what she is owed. So I'm desperate for help to reach out an tell others about them. I strongly suggest dealing with refinancing, etc. to go with someone else. As an ex-insider for a short amount of time that it took me to see what they are about. They have already lost a couple of buisness's. It's only a matter of time.

I would love to be contacted from anyone with advice on getting even or just getting the word out... beware of these two.
They are cold and heartless. It's a good thing they have eachother, but that's all they have. I feel bad for them, but they are sitting pretty with the money they have stolen from past employee's including myself and from innocent homeowners. Please, before you get involved with these people, do your research and don't trust them. Keep an eye out for these letters and don't fall for what they tell you. The Mrs. is an especially good liar with a trusting voice, the husband just a loud mouth making empty promise's coming up with more ways to screw people over to pay the bills.

Premier Mortgage took my money, time and energy.

I was trying to buy a home in Camden South Carolina. I got online and went to Lending Tree looking for a mortgage company. Premier was the first to reply to my inquiries. At first they were very helpful. I could call as often as I needed to get my questions answered. Then after the house I was looking at fell through they were patient while I looked for another one. I found one eventually and I forked out the money to get the inspections done and draw up the paperwork. For over a month my Premier agent told me that I was approved and everything would be wrapping up in a few days. Closing day came and went and I had to pay attorney fees even though I didnt get to close. We rescheduled closing, that day came and went again. Finally, almost two months later. I was told that in fact, I was not approved to buy the house and that none of my money would be refunded. I put out almost $1000, and I have nothing to show for it except an empty savings account.

Premier Mortgage Funding.. misfigured the HUD, ged me 3 times, lied about various statements and quotes

I am currently involved with this company in Arkansas. It has been a total nightmare. I am aware that buying your first home is stressful, but pleaase, my situation exceeds all others. Is each Premier Mortgage owned individually? There is quite a number of them across the U.S.. Okay, Have you contacted the Better Business Bureaeu of your state or the state the company is in? This is a good thing to do if you have not.
We have tried to close 6 times now and they upped my interest rate without telling me, misfigured the HUD-1 twice, and charged me 3 times on the hud-1 for their fees, lied about various statements and quotes.

I believe this company has incorporated in OHio and is operating illegally. Ohio law requires that the main office be in OHio. I am in the business and our company has a similiar name. We get phone calls all the time, with complaints regarding this company.

With your information and mine, I can contact the OHio department of financial institutions and they will contact Florida. Please post any info below so everyone will know. We will get this company out of business once and for all.
