PREMIER ONE AKA Capital First ripoff IDAHO FALLS Idaho
On July 10th,2002 I recieved a phone call from Bradley at Premier One,he statede that he was a Supervisor and that I recently applied for a credit card with them. He (Bradley ) was very convincing in what he was telling me. I did give him the authorization to debit my checking account $174.90 which I still have the voided check and the tracking number that was given to me.
I also have another number that might be useful 1-866-517-3698. I was told that I would recieve my information packet within 3-5 business days, which I did not recieve until August 15th,2002.
Going through the paperwork I found out I only had 30 days to cancel my so called membership from the date of the original transaction.
I have tried on numerous occassions to contact them by phone and or the internet no luck. I just want my money back.I should have known better I used to work with
credit on a daily basis.

People do not listen

I used to work in this so called samming business. People dont actually listen to the telemarketers when they are called. They just listen to what they want to hear. I have had so many upset customers call me and when i read them what the telemarketer reads them and stress the things they were unaware of they back down a little bit. They know what they are getting into. They just get mad b/c they werent listening or asking good enough, detailed questions. I do agree somewhat though that they should recieve their materials much sooner then they do. It isnt a scam what they are getting, people simply dont listen to everything the telemarketer tells them or ask good detailed questions.
