this company called and offered an unsecured mastercard. when i called to confirm this, after i paid $174 and change, they stated no that it was in fact not an unsecured card. they use the term pay as you go, that is pay as you go AFTER you put money into an account. "it is considered an unsecured card because thats how we report it to the credit agencies." i was told also during the initial call, remind you they called me, when i inquired several times that this is not a secured card. they take your money then take the 30 days to get the package to you so they dont have to refund your money.

here are the facts: they called me on 7-31-02 johnnie operator #5270, my account was debited on 8-02-02, i got the package on 8-30-02, i called on 8-30-02 to customer service got jacked around by the poor actress reading her script, finally got a guy from the "escalations" department, i was told if i fax my proof of return of the package they would begin the refund "process", i did indeed mail the package as directed, faxed the requested information as directed, called back to verify the receipt of the fax, "the system has not been updated by corporate yet" these people are screwed con artists, and i will have thier a**es!
