I have been ripped off by Premier One. Premier One called me at the end of May wanting me to sign up, for a card that, I would pay $174.90 to get the card and then I would receive a card with the package within 3 to 4 weeks. The card was to rebuild credit. They explained to me that I would send a check in and it would be used like a check card.

Put money in and then pay my bills with it. June 7th the 174.90 was deducted out of my account. About three weeks later I received a call from Premier One that the address I had given them was incorrect because it was undeliverable. I also received a deduction from my checking account about thirty days later for some type of life insurance, so I called the number on that, and told them that I didn't receive anything so I couldn't have called to cancel it, they refunded me the $90.

They had the correct address when they read it back to me. Still I did not receive anything.

July 27th I called to ask them where it was and why did not receive anything yet. And at that time I had just moved so I gave them my new address. Again they did not tell me anything accept that they would reissue it to me, and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the package and the card. I waited again. I called again 3 weeks later, again they told me to wait another week or two and I would receive something, they again verified my address. It was my correct address.

August 29, 2002 I called and told them I wanted my money back. I was told the benefits of the card again so I could wait another month. I then demanded that I just wanted my money back. I was told that since it was longer than thirty days I was not eligible to receive a refund and told me I needed to write the company. So I did and about two weeks later I recieved a phone call, They wanted me to fax a copy of my Bank Statement over to them and they would Issue a refund. It's now the the middle of November, and I haven't recieved anything.

This bussiness should be sued and penalized for this behavior.
