Complaint Review: premier one

i was told this was a master credit card and it wasn;t, called several times and all i get is the run around. i'm already fed up with the bull--- and ready to take matters into my own hands. they been taking extra money out of my acount that i didn't even ask for. if you can help i would really appreciate it.
