Complaint Review: Premier Parking

Premier Parking at Port Everglades, Florida Misses the Boat Lost my payment, because I left and parked at the ship terminal Fort Lauderdale Florida

Premier Parking provides long-term parking at discounted rates for individuals going on cruises and/or taking an airplane.  Through their web site, you make a reservation and prepay.  The policy is "no refunds."

We had used similar sites in the past, so we did not expect problems.  However, the facility at 2281 State Rd. 84 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, servicing Port Everglades, was completely disorganized.  Access to the parking lot is limited.  Our reservation was for 12 noon.  We arrived at 11:30 am and found mass confusion.  A long line of cars was waiting to enter the lot.  We drove around the cars to see what was going.  We stopped an attendant and asked him where to park.  He told us we would have to wait until someone pulled out.  A long line of people were waiting to be bussed to the cruise terminal.  A gentlemen told my husband that he had waited 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle at the terminal and, finally, took a cab to the lot to retrieve his car.

We left and parked at the cruise terminal, resulting in more money paid.

After the cruise, I emailed the customer service department about the problem we encountered and requested a refund.  I received no reply.

Avoid this facility.
