Waited in line to park. They locked the gates and claimed they could no longer park cars due to losing their permit. Paid $66.00 for two weeks. Had to park in the cruise terminal's parking garage at a cost of $210.00. Tried to contact the company with no results. They are complete rip-offs. No recourse except to dispute the charge on my credit card. I'm now out $144.00.
