Premier Parking USA, Miami Premier Parking Ventures DAMAGED MY TRUCK, WILL NOT RESPOND! Miami Florida Nationwide
We turned our black Tahoe truck over to a Miami Premier Parking lot employee and watched him speed off with it in a very crowded lot. Upon returning from a cruise and picking it up, it had a new large door dent with white paint on it. I have left 7 messages to date with "William Garcia" in their 'Claims Dept', as they never answer the calls. They have not returned my calls and I am very frustrated with them! The employees at the parking lot were also very rude and short with us when asked any questions. Our customer service experience with them so far has been horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE 'PREMIER PARKING' IN MIAMI!
