My last couple of orders were a disaster (I did the pigment exchange). Wrong products were sent, pigments were sent near expiration date, even though Sujay promised me she would ensure a 2 year shelf life. I am still trying to get a credit from Premier for a return. They will neither respond to my voice mails nor emails.
I have left messages with at least 3 customer service reps, several emails to Lisa R and even spoke with Twyla the manager. Twyla ensured me several days ago that they would have this straightened by the end of that day. It's still not, and nobody will respond.
I've stood by Premier Pigments for years, even through their product recall. They don't seem to care.
The entire explanation of the sequence of events would take an eternity to explain. I have never, in 45 years, written a complaint to anyone, until now. The customer service is appalling. I sent an email to the owner of the company last night. I hope she actually gets it. I don't think she will be happy to hear about the behavior of her employees.
