This review is for Premier Pools of Rancho Cordova, CA, which is the original Premier Pools who now manages the franchises across the country.  At this point we have invested over $150,000 with Premier Pools and have had problems with the pool since it was finished that have never been fixed. Now we have structural defects (cracks in the wall). I have communicated these issue’s to Premier and after over a year nothing has been done to fix the problems. In fact, a work order for the structural issues has not even been started.

I have left numerous emails for the warranty department, as well as the owners of Premier (Keith Harbeck & Paul Porter) and have received ZERO response.

This is my second and last pool with Premier. On both pools, I worked with Michael and Tina Anderson as the designer’s and sales. Both Michael and Tina were outstanding to work with and in fact they were the reason why I used Premier for my second pool. Throughout the process, they met with us several times and made sure the project was on track and going well.

At this point I would recommend against Premier Pools, they seem to drastically be cutting corners and don’t care about existing customers for warranty work.

Since this posting, the owner of Premier came to me to meet with me, and since the issues have all been fixed.
