Complaint Review: Premier Pools of Central Florida

I bought a home just weeks ago that had a pool installed by Premier 18 months ago. The pool deck is high end travertine tile. I am not sure if is a material defect or some environmental condition, but the surface of every 3 tiles or so is deteriorating and disintegrating into powdery sand.

This is a recent development that neither the previous owner no I saw before. The previous owner contracted Premier Pools last week only to be told that the two year warranty he had on this high end pool did not transfer to me the new owner but they would "take care of me and call me"

Well, no call. So I called them and left a message. No call. I called again. I spoke to a lady and after explaining the situation the first words out of her mouth were " The warranty is not transferable. I said to her, " Mam, I am not concerned about warranty at the moment but in determining what the issue is and what it will take to resolve the problem. I would expect your company to assist me in that because it is a pool you installed. She took my name and number and of course, No Call.

I will modify this review if there is more information to add. If they do not assist me in this problem, I will be posting more reviews around the web about their inadequate products and lack of customer care. At this point I would say to you, buyer beware. There are other much more reputable pool companies in Orlando with whom to work.
