Premier Premium Communications tried to charge me $30 for accessing a pay-per-view website with an additional fee of $1.99 per minute added to my home phone.

Previous to this, I had already removed all long distance service and placed a 900 number block on my phone. This company circumvents these measures by dialing 10-10 numbers and dialing overseas without your knowledge. They claim that there is no possible way the charges are false because of their advanced tracing technology. This is a lie. There are people, probably people that work for this company, hijacking your modem and dialing it when you are not aware it is happening.

Calling this company is impossible, I actually got through at one point and was hung up on by a customer service rep by the name of Ashley.

E-mailing them resulted in a threat of either pay or go to collections and be reported to the credit agencies. I reported this company to the FCC, USPS, the Michigan, Texas, and New Hampshire Attorney General, and the Texas Utility Commission. These bills are completely fraudulent. If you are billed by this company do not let them get away with it, report them to every agency you can think of or they will continue to scam innocent people.

After sending about 10 emails to "george" who replied to me, I finally had the charges taken off but that was only after I sent him the email stating all of the agencies I had reported Premier Premium to along with confirmation numbers.
