Complaint Review: Premier Premium Communications

My 13 yr. old daughter showed me her computer and what kept popping up on it, a porn site called hardf#ck.com. i tried unsuccessfully many times to eliminate this site but it kept plugging itself into my daughters copmuter. i had the computer proffessionally cleaned out, since then no problem until i recieved a bill for $90.00, don't know who these people are but i am refusing to pay and would like to find out how access to my daughters computer was done. thankyou for listening to this concerned father.
