Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulent claims infected my privacy while wrecking my computer now they claim they will wreck my credit Fort Worth Texas
This company has sent me a bill for $65.00 and added a fee somehow to my phone bill. There is a "Trojanhorse.downloader.small.r.8" virus that I can't get off my computer, I can patch over it, but it's still there. This is a first for me, and I work hard for my money, don't cheat anyone, paid cash for this computer, as a Christmas present/tool for my kids, to try to help them keep up on school.
The time I have spent chasing this crap could have well been spent in more deserving areas. I'm beginning to be ashamed that I'm part of the human race. It's hard enough these days, without getting slammed by some geek, probably gonna send the money to some d**n terrorist organization. Can't they do something about this? By the way, do you know what I can do? Thanks.

I have told "George" at Premier that I have an ongoing investigation with the FBI internet fraud department. Suprisingly, he responded right away, "that no errors have occurred", and "that as a COURTESY, he has issued me a credit on my bill." Pretty d**n thoughtful of him, huh. I'll continue this with the FBI, thank you. Give up, Hell NO!

the best thing for is to format your pc if you have like a compaq/dell/gateway or HP and if you pc came with a restore disc restore AND wipe the hARD DRIVE CLEAN.
THATS WHY I WILL NOT USE A DIAL UP INTERNET SERVICE SUCH AS CRAPPY *AOL* OR NET ZERO,I WILL STICK WITH MY CABLE INTERNET.....
JUST FORMAT YOUR PC THATS THE BEST THING FOR YOU TO DO:) AND NO POINT IN ARUGING WITH THAT COMAPNY I SEE ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO 10 COMPALINTS A DAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND RIPPING PPL OFF.
