This is a follow up to my posting of yesterday. I confirmed with my ISP that my computer was not in use at the times on the PPC invoice. I confirmed with my LD provider that all international call capability on my line was blocked.

Lastly, I emailed "Tom" "Mike" "John" "George" (forgot to include "Paul" and "Ringo") in an email to PPC informing them that I had filed complaints with the USPS, FTC, the attorneys general of Texas and New Hampshire and would file with the FBI and FCC before the day was done. Lo and behold, within the hour I had received an email from "Tom" saying that although the charges were accurate, they would "as a courtesy" credit my bill and that no future collections actions would be taken.

My advice to all who have been violated by PPC is to file complaints with the necessary government agencies and let them know what is going on. Next, notify the necessary credit bureaus of what has happened so that any backdoor attempts to damage your credit record can be flagged. Good luck and may these bastards burn in hell.
