Complaint Review: Premier Premium Communications

I reported the same scam, as I was billed $375 by PPC. I have repeatedly complained to them and this is the latest return e-mail that I got from them:

Dear Gene,

I have placed a block on your line so future calls cannot occur. Payment however is still due by the due date.
