Complaint Review: Premier Premium Communications

In the last few months I have been billed for hundreds of dollars in international calls which I nor my husband made.

I called the phone company and they said a company called USBI was billing me. I called them and they said the charges were for an internet site. I explained that we did not access this web site and they did remove the charges.

The next month I received more charges. I called USBI and again they removed the charges, but his time I requested a block be put on my phone line. I did not receive any more charges until earlier this week I received an invoice from Premier Premium Communications billing me $20.00 for a call to the United Kingdom
The letter also stated I would receive charges on my phone bill.

I tried to call these people but the number was always busy so I sent an e-mail stating that I would not pay this because I did not access this website. I was told that if I did not pay they would turn it over to a collection agency and I would be charged
attorney's fees and collection charges and that my credit would be damaged. I sent them another e-mail telling them that I had no intention of paying them. What a rip-off!
