Premier Processing Service Claims that they are serving me Summons and complaint to garnish my paycheck in regard to a payday loan for My Cash Now Orange Park Florida
I just received a telephone call from Kimberly Hollins of Premier Processing Services, LLC. She stated that I supposedly took out a payday loan in 2012 from a lender by the name of My Cash Now. She said that she is filing a wage garnishment with the Essex County Courhouse because I never answered any of their phone calls or letters. I at first was caught off guard and aagreed to accept a settlement of $900.00 to be paid in two installment payments. When I got off the phone I goggled the apayday loan company and found this company is a scammer. I also realized that I had filed bankruptcy in 2013 and all my loans were placed under that protection. I called Ms. Hollins back and cancelled the payment arrangement. She said that I will be receiving wage garnishment paperwork shortly. I told her that I will give it to my lawyer to handle.
