Received an Immediate Payment Notification letter from Jim Rutherford today March 28, 2016. I was informed that I had an opportunity to win $23,762.00 if I mailed this company $20.00. Also, I would have a chance to win over 4,3200,00,00. This Immediate Paymnent Notification gave me a ID # of 13809302.
It stated that a check or cash would be mailed to me once I sent in the $20.00. This report did not have my middle initial which I normally use. This letter is J.
I know this has to be a terrible rip-off but I probably will send in the $20.00.
