Premier Publishing Inc. Don't fall for it! Birmingham, Alabama
I was contacted by "Brook" @ Premier Publishing on July 26, 2012 to advertise on the "2013 University of Louisville Cardinals Posters /2013 Year at a Glace Calendar and Kentucky Wildcats...calendar on reverse". (an advertising poster with Game Dates and sponsors displayed to hand out to customers) Paid a fee of $124.50 due on time of reservation with a balance of $124.50 due "...On Publication" of the posters. Balance was debited on September 2012. I have sent numerous e-mails and made multiple phone calls to 855-289-2545 and loripremierpub@yahoo.com to find out when schedules would be delivered. I have had NO return phone calls or e-mails to advise of delivery date. When calls were made to above number it's the same message stating "...someone will get back to you shortly" Telephone message was received on October 26, 2012 stating "Programs" were at printers and would be delivered within the next week. (First week of Novermber 2012). As of todays date 11/22/2012, I have had NO return calls/e-mails or received the paid-in-full Schedules.

On December 14 (approximately 80 days after balance paid, and 7 weeks into the scheduled games) I received Schedules. Out of 34 scheduled games advertised 12 of the game times were printed as "TBA" as the scheduled time. REALLY? I have had OTHER schedules since August with times displayed. DO NOT fall for this scam!!! I am and will remain very unhappy with their customer service. Still no return phone call.
Another small business owner that I am familiar with had the same problem. They also received their schedules 7 weeks into the season. On their schedules my business was listed, but the schedules I received their business was NOT listed.
According to my bank, Premier Publishing did not honor their written and signed contract. A refund has been requested.
Small business owners need to be aware of empty promises by this company.

I also was scammed by this company in the same way. I was contacted by Erica for the same reason. I was to recieve UK and Murray State schedules. I was charged 149.50 at time of reservation and another 149.50 balance on around September 2012 as were you. I had the same luck as you with the toll free number and lori... email. I must have called 25 to 30 times and left messeges as did you. Also left messages with the lori... email to call me. I was promised the schedules by the first tip off. When I first called I did get an answer after the first game. They appologized and said I would have them by the end of the week and they would double what they were going to send me. I have not been able to get in touch with them since. I have as of tonight found another number and did get in touch with someone on night duty, (that knew nothing about anything). She did not know her supervisors last name or the name of who owned the company? That number is (205-769-6340) She did promise me someone would call me first thing in the morning. I will hold my breath. Good luck, hope the # helps you.
