Complaint Review: Premier Random Lotto

i received by mail a letter stating that i was one of 18 people who won $120,000.00 with this letter they also sent me a check for $2998.80 which was to 'assist me' in financing my international clearance fees of $2,845.00 which was to be forwarded to their designated North American Agent and that afterwards i would get a check for $120,000.00 minus $6,000.00 (5% sponsor commission) they advice me in the letter to keep this award highly confidential as part of their security protocol until the winning has been processed and the money given to me.the claim agent name was Robert Blake of Standard Financiers when i called to speak to him he was in a meeting everytime i called everyday i called so i spoke to the secreteryand she told me to deposit the check my bank and when it cleared to give her a call and she would tell me where to take the money to recive the $114,000.00 within 24 to 48 hrs. as it turns out it was a huge fraude and i almost got in trouble with the law fortunetly i saw the new where it was alerting about this fraude and i went to the bank and fixed it.
