I own a substance abuse treatment center in Florida.  One of my employees had used Anita's phone transfer company at a previous job, and so recommended her company for use.  We signed up with Premier Recovery Network and prepaid for phone transfers for people looking for treatment services.  

After arranging for filters to be put on the calls, my employee said that Anita was no longer answering any of his calls or emails.  We went a week of trying to contact her to see when the calls were going to start.  My employee filed a complaint with the secretary of state in Tennessee, the state Anita is purporting to operate out of.

All of a sudden we received a phone transfer from her company.  We still, however, have not heard anything from Anita and are unsure of whether or not we will receive any more transfers.  We paid for 20 up front. We also have no idea how to get in contact with anyone else at the company.

We sent someone from Nashville to check out the office location that is printed on our contract, 424 Church Street in Nashville, but upon arrival it was found that Premier Recovery Network does not operate out of that location.

We are very concerned and will most likely take legal action against Anita personally if we do not hear anything back.  If she returns our calls or emails and explains what is going on, or we actually receive what we paid for, then I will remove this report.
