They are supposed to be teaching me I.T things such as A+/N+/MCSE/MCSA/CCNA.
Ok now i will tell you what the so called ADVISORS or should I say SALES people tell you:
2 YEAR COURSE.
FLEXIBLE - YOU CAN CHOOSE FULLTIME OR PART TIME HOWEVER WHAT THEY DIDENT SAY AND DOES NOT SAY ON CONTRACT THAT I AM PAYING FOR 56 LESSONS! AND THIS WAS ONLY VERBALY GIVEN TO US WITH A SMUG LOOK "AFTER" THE TWO WEEK CANCELLATION PERIOD BY OUR TUTOR!
DEDICATED TUTOR - AVOIDS 80% OF QUESTIONS, NEVER SENDS ME WORK I MISS OUT ON, WHEN I ASK QUESTION THE ANSWER IS NOT ALWAYS STRAIGHT AND I NEVER GET TO FINNISH UNDERSTANDING HE SWIFTLY MOVES ON AND PUTS ON A FACE "I DONT CARE"!
ONLINE SUPPORT - USE A THIRD PARTY IT TOOK 1 YEAR FOR THEM TO GIVE ME USERNAME & PASSWORD AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT AT ALL, NO ONE THERE TO SUPPORT YOU. AND IF ANY ONE WANTS I WILL BE WILLING TO GIVE YOU THE LINK TO THAT PATHETIC WEBSITE THAT IS DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN!

STUDY MATERIAL - THEY SAID OF ITS JUST A FEW BOOKS TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR STUDYING AND NOTEPAD. WELL YEH THE NOTEPAD FINE, BUT WHAT THEY HAVE LEFT US WITH IS HUGE MICROSOFT BOOKS THAT ARE REALLY THICK AND MAKE YOU SICK JUST BY LOOKING AT THEM, AND NO NOT 1, BUT 9. AGAIN THESE WERE GIVEN "AFTER" THE CANCELLATION PERIOD WHICH WAS 2 WEEKS!
THIS COURSE USUALLY COSTS 10,000 (YEH THATS RIGHT) BUT WILL DO IT FOR 7,999. AND THAT PAYS FOR EVERYTHING, INCLUDING EXAMS - THEY ONLY PAY FOR THE 1ST EXAMS YOU TAKE IF YOU FAIL THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY!
Now there is 2 ways you can pay that amount of money or CDL (career development loan) (which has something to do with the government but I have no idea what) banks will give it out, if your credit history is good.

I ASKED: IS THERE A LOT OF READING INVOLVED
HE SAID: NO ITS MORE PRACTICAL. NOT TRUE 98% READING 2% PRACTICAL IF THEY REMEMBER TO CALL YOU FOR LESSONS!
I know there are several other people who feel the same and there is more out there but just dont have the time to do something like this or because they dont know where or how to get help because now you have a loan to pay after the two year period. But Im not going sit here and worry Im going to make sure this company and company's like them never operate again these people are such rip offs it makes me sick!
