Premier Savings Aka (Premier Nationwide Corportation) F.Y.I. (There Is NO CORPORATION) This is the INSIDE TRUTH about Premier from BEHIND THE SCENES!!! Chandler Arizona
Your numbers and addresses are bought from outside sources. Everyday over 1,000 postcards go out to the people who are on a DO NOT CALL LIST. If Premier can't contact you by phone then they send out misleading postcards in the mail stating, " We have been trying to reach you about your credit cards. Call within 3 days to get a lower interest rate." There is an acceptance code below these lines that looks like: ACCEPTANCE CODE zhdi8673.
There are no acceptance codes and you are not pre-qualified!!!! The truth is every morning the sales manager starts with a meeting and spiffs for the sales reps. The reps then start dialing and the LIES AND DECIET BEGIN!!!
Once you pick up that phone there is not a single bit of honesty or even sincereity that comes out of these rep's mouths and sadly enough some of them really believe they are helping you!! They don't know that 95% of you will get turned down and/ or be extremly unsatisfied with the "services" the specialists are supposed to provide you with. There ARE NO SPECIALISTS!!!
These "specialists" are different from the reps though, there are only four of them and they are just regular people ranging in age from 19 to 60 years old and none of them even have a formal education!!!
As the rep's are selling you the services and rebuttling against your doubts there is a floor manager listening in on your conversations and coaching the rep's by yelling across the floor, " CLOSE THIS PIECE OF s**t!"
After you are "closed," you will soon get a phone call from verifications in which there will be a tape recorded conversation of you being taken advantage of. The next morning a Gateway to Savings Plan Packet will be sent out by priority mail and this WILL be the only porduct or service you will ever see from them!! If you try to cancel and you have a right under Federal Law to cancel and get a FULL refund back within 3 days, you will be lucky to get through. There is NO ONE who can help you with your cancelation other than a woman named Debbie Hanes (which her last name is made up, the real one is Hershyrn). When you call to cancel the receptionist and or customer service specialist forewarn Debbie and therefore she WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK until the three days are up. There is no record or proof that you called either so it's your word against their's. The SECRET to getting Debbie on the phone though is for your Lawyer, Bank, or Credit Card Dispute Department to call with you on three way. You have never seen this woman run so fast to phone until the company may get caught for something!!!
The 3 banks that you have been "pre-qualified" through are the same old banks you see on every street corner daily. Other than the packet you will be given the number to 3 banks, thats right, you make the call, you get the denial letters, you ask for your credit reports if necessary, and then you send the denial letters to Premier at Attention: Debbie, and then at some point when Debbie gets time away from doing nothing all day you MAY get your 60% LESS of the purchasing price (439.00).
Don't be a VICTIM!!! We all want to be debt free but when that phone rings and Premier Savings is boasting about you being Pre-Qualified, just sit back and think.. If you are thousands of dollars in debt and late on payments, then your credit has been damaged in some way and your NOT going to get a 9% interest rate!!! Its just good old common sense!! It does not matter if you had a bankruptcy or foreclosure 3 months or 5 years ago, you're not getting approved!! It takes 7 years for derogatory marks on your credit to go away!!!!!
There are many reasons as to why all the calls made from the reps at Premier are blocked/unknown numbers. Why they lie about where they are located, whhy they sell to NO ONE IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA, and why the managers go by false last names!!!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE BORDERLINE LEGAL FRAUDS AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!!!!
The faces behind the company are:
Eric Synstadt--Owner
Elena Chzykowski (also goes by false last name)--Office Manager
Debbie Heryshryn aka Debbie Hanes--Customer Service Manager and THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A HUMAN BBEING OF ALL!!
Tom Cox--Sales manager
BUYER BEWARE !!!!
Contact the BBB and AZ Attorney General and any one else for that matter to help you and thouusands of others get justice from these crooks!!!!!

I have been in sales for quite some time now and I have to honestly say, this company truly teaches and has a good understanding of what sales is all about. It is the ability to have the other party make a definite decision as to what action they will take: either sign up for the program or continue down the same path that they have been on.
If people would listen carefully to what is being told to them, there are never any promises of receiving a credit card, it is an information packet. Now, with American consumers being driven by quick fixes, they believe that buying information for around $500, their debt is going to go away.
That is not the case, since it stressed by the representatives that you will still have to pay the debt, however, assuming that they qualify for a lower interest rate credit card, their payments will be lower. The assumption is that the other party has disclosed all pertinent information about their credit history, such as bankruptcies, judgements, wage garnishments, etc..
So, if you would like to learn or improve your sales skills, this is a great place for that. Again, sales is not for everyone as it is a numbers game and you need thick skin. 1 out of every 10 calls is probably going to be a yes, 1 out of 10 will be a yes, and 8 out of ten will be on the fence about you. If you can't handle this type of environment, that is ok, as stated before, it is not for everyone.
The product is not the greatest program in the world, and is not a quick fix program, however it is legitimate and is not made for everyone. As grown ups, we have the ability to make a decision everyday as to the choices we make. No one really tells you to wake up and go to work, or to go to the bathroom at a certain time, or to whip out your credit card and purchase something.

It's funny
#8UPDATE Employee

It's funny how ex-employee's talk about the company that fired them. I am not going to bash the two ex-employee's that posted these message. just correct the error's in there statements the first one worked for the company no more than a month. like the other person stated she never worked as a saleperson see was the front desk person. She know nothing about how the company worked she took messages and restocked the vending machines.
This company has a script and we are to everyday to follow word for word. Yes from time to time there are Bad apples the say thing that are not on the script and the fast become ex-employees like the third person the posted a note. The script is clear and to the point it doesn't say anyone is preapproved if in asking questions about credit the agent learns the customer has No cards/balances, repos, bankruptcy, foreclosers items in collections or is behide on payments to there current cards the calls is ended. as for other things stated in these posts like people using other names this practice goes back with companies for decades usually it's done to separate types of calls I worked for a major computer company lets just call them ADN I answered the phone buy 24 different names depending on what the problem with the computer was this was company policy.
Also credit cards are not verified by using 1800visa911 they are verified by contacting the bank the card from. And to address the "morning meetings" in these meetings like every company anything the manager needs to address is address. bottom line is we help people the can be help. I tell more people everyday that I can't do anything for them than get them started in the program.

The Truth behind the phone calls you get....

Its true they are ripping people off ereryday!
erik sits in his office playing minature golf all day while the rest of us call you and read you a carefully worded speel about lower interest rates when we all know that 95% of the people aren't getting anything but a few sheets of paper stapled together like a book. The other 5% will have A+++ credit and be able to use that information (which is just a list of banks easily found online) to get a better interest rate. When they say they are calling about your credit card accounts they then have you verify your account number and they call 1800visa911 or the national mastercard number to check your balance thats why they ask for the last four of your social.
The faces behind the company are:
Eric Synstadt--Owner --He sits in his office playing minature golf all day.
Elena Chzykowski (also goes by false last name)--Office Manager and eriks right hand man.
Erin--Office assistant--very nice but she is also aware of the dirty little secrets.
Debbie Heryshryn aka Debbie Hanes--Customer Service Manager and she is one of the biggest fraudsters i have ever met. She is rude and she practically forces people to give her their account information.
Carlos Rivera--hes the verifier aka the cover their a*s guy.
Tom Cox--Day Sales manager
Byron--Night Sales manager
Rich--hes the tech he deals with all the computer stuff.

This girl is a Junkie!

The person writing this report is not only a disgruntled employee but is also a confirmed junkie(Drug addict). She never worked on the phone and has no idea what the sales people actually say or do. She completely fabricated the part about a sales manager yelling "Close this piece of s**t" across the room. This never has happened. If we think that the person on the phone had a poor chance of getting a card we would tell them so. We ask many qualifying questions and never promise anything. It is true that some people do get turned down and they do get refunds. Less 60%. This is what they agree to in the verification. The whole truth is articulated in detail to all clients in that verification and if a person bothered to listen they would admit to this fact. I no longer am with the company but I resent the implication that we are scoundrals that steal peoples money. Tom and everyone at the company are good people and I would be happy to work for them again if things were different.
