Received a call from Erik Bates (very professional-sounding and friendly salesperson) advising me that he could consolidate all my high-interest credit card debt onto a 9% card, improve my credit, retain all my other credit cards, and it was guaranteed -- if I would only pay $279.

He also was extremely relieved that he had "saved me" in time from Consumer Credit Counseling, who would ruin my credit with their program. He actually referred me to this website to check and see how bad Consumer Credit Counseling was!!!

He told me how great their program is because they handle everything for you and it's all done electronically, and it would just take him a few minutes to transfer all my balances just as soon as I gave him a debit card number for the service fee of $279. I asked for written information, but he directed me to check out their website instead. I told him I didn't have the $279, but would check them out and get back to him.

Their website is nice looking, but has absolutely no information or worthwhile content. I then went to this website, as directed, and found plenty of bad information about Consumer Credit Counseling, and even MORE bad information about Premier Savings! Thank goodness for this website.

I also checked with the Federal Trade Commission. It is AGAINST THE LAW for any firm to make you pay up front for a loan or credit. It's also against the law for them to guarantee credit.

Based on other reports, it is clear this is a scam. I do want to thank Erik Bates for sending me to this site and finding out about how bad his company is, along with his competitors!

Dear Erika don't let anybody bash you.

Once again I, The Great Thorn, am here to inform and enlighten you and many other hard working people that feel they have been RIPPED OFF by PREMIER SAVINGS in Scottsdale, AZ .

The following info that Eric Synstad, the owner of Premier Savings may not want you to have. Here's some dandy delights deliciously detailed for my distressed darling Darla:

If for any reason, you FEEL that you are a victim and you want your money back, try contacting the owner, Eric Synstad, at his home address by mailing him a copy of your Rip Off Report.

His home address is 24202 North 82nd Place, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

I have contacted The Editor of the ripoffreport.com (which ,by the way I've found to be the best web site on the planet for consumers) to get a local advocate to take some pictures that will soon be posted.

Our advocate in Scottsdale tells me that he got a clear picture of Eric's $100,000 Mercedes Benz with the letters "RULUCKY" on his license plate.

Guess who helped pay for this BIG FAT GERMAN CAR? HMMM? Could it be, could it be? SYNSTAD! (my apologies to Hollywood film makers and the Saturday Night Live Church Lady)

Let him know that you're going to send a copy of your Rip Off Report to your State bank comissioner's office and your AG's office.

I am sick and tired of all these so called credit card companies and car dealers with their deceptive TV adds that are going to help you re-build your credit. All they are really going to do is PUMP money out of you.

It seems that ERIK SYNSTAD likes to hide from people that want to get their money back. Our Scottsdale advocate and I did some research and found some info about Eric Synstad who owns Premier Savings in Tempe, AZ..

This guy sure has a bunch of addresses. I wonder why he needs so many of them? Maybe the local attorney general's office can find the answer as they have their own fraud division.

That's the good guys that go after the bad guys...oooh, I looove this game! The AZ Atty General's fraud division number is (602) 542-5763. Fax: (602) 542-4579.

Then the AZ State Banking Dept. might like to know all about people who do bad things to other people.

Don't these guys remember the GOLDEN RULE?? Where were these guys when the teacher taught us that Smoking in the boys room maybe was bad?

The AZ State Banking Dept.address is 2910 N. 44th St., Suite 310, Phx. AZ 85018. Their phone # is(602) 255-4421. Fax is (602) 381-1225.

They also have a toll free in AZ # and that is 1-800-544-0708. Come on guys and gals; let's go smoke 'em out of their ratholes! (my apologies to pet rats everywhere...their actually cute and innocent too)

Eric Synstad just might have the following email address. phoneproz@AOL.COM

Tell 480-736-0034

To those that know me from the 'ripoffreport.com' site, I'm just an ordinary guy giving extraordinary information about certain people who know how to extract extra money from unsuspecting consumers in an underhanded way.

Premier Savings, you've just been spanked for inappropriate behavior...now go sit in the corner for time out!! and give everybody their money back who ask for it.

Stay tuned my fellow consumers for the next appearance of THE GREAT THORN, where my mission is to "Go deeper into the credit industry in order to reveal the truth".
