Premier Team International/ Jason Mackey---- Lookout for this PYRAMID SCAM !!!

This company is totally misleading about there objectives.  I was looking for a work-from-home data entry job. I was contacted by Mr. Jason Mackey, which turns out, he was the go-between to snag new contacts.

I made a stupid mistake of verbally agreeing to become a part of this aweful company, which was short lived (less than 48 hours). I faxed in the written cancellation as instructed, even though I have never signed an agreement in the first place.

I faxed the the cancellation and within two hours my checking account was hit for an additional $24.95 for training fees.

I tried numerous times to contact Mr. Mackey about a full refund, which I truely feel I have a right to...... because it was less than 48 hours since I talked to Mr. Mackey initally, and I didn't sign anthing.

Well, Mr. Mackey didn't see fit to return my many (at least 6) calls until I mentioned the BBB in the last voicemail I left him. When he finally did call me back Mr. Mackey stated " I would reveive a full refund. It would take 2 to 4 days". I have tried to contact Mr.Mackey to check on the progress of the refund and NO answer again and NO money in the bank.

This company is a SCAM !! Unless you like taking advantage of people that want to make a honest living. I don't see how this "pyramid scam" operation is legal or how people can live with themselves by taking advantage of people then sit back and brag about all the money they have and all the luxuries they can afford with "DIRTY MONEY". With Our Money !!

I have searched the internet for years now, researching work at home businesses. There are more scams than one can count. My major complaint is HERBALIFE cannot be honest from the start. They advertise as if it's the next GOOGLE business from home.

Then people spend their time getting ready to speak with someone from some OTHER named company & BAM it eventually comes out that the promised land is HERBALIFE. Why can't they just tell people up front who they are!!?? I have run into them under so many different scamming names it's not funny. So people run, run as fast as you can the minute you hear the sales person mention their name HERBALIFE!!!

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

After being informed by several local distributors, that this was a successful and trustworthy company, in 2011- I was sending 100 money orders each month to Torrence, California for 4 months, received my supplies and training materials, then later was told my training coach was due to have a baby soon and another training coach would be appointed for me.I waited for weeks to hear from my training coach-and tried calling the person whom I sent my 400. to.

I made several calls to this person to no avail.I sent them a letter trying to tell them what had taken place, and all they sent me back was an order form to order products.

People who think this company is legitimate are only fooling themselves- they are evil, greedy, liars, whose only objective is to prey on the poor, elderly, and overweight. I was homeless after this, and made several attempts to retrieve my 400. after losing my job as a cashier in a grocery store. But to no avail.

I hope whoever reads this takes the time to think twice before making the same mistake I did. I wonder how they can sleep at night. Thank You.
