Do NOT even consider these guys. Let me give you a break down of what to expect:

The first day is totally administrative with medical tests and form completions. They give the appearance of being organized, however, it's run by one girl with a horrible attitude who is more intersted in drinking redbull and smoking than being available. They give you no meals during training and you live 8 to a room. Your day begins at 0545 and ends around 1700. The road instruction was very good; but it depends on the instructor you have.

The backing was a nightmare. My instructor's name rymes with Carl and he sucked. His method of instruction is to show you once and mock you after that. His job is not to do everything to pass you(actually teach) but to fail you. He will threaten you so don't speak your mind. Also, your recruiter wont tell you that you have to wait 15 days after getting your permit to test-out(it's a state/DOT rule).

So if you get your permit right before you come, prepare to wait. Also, the recruiter will tell you it's an average wait for a trainer is about 2-3 days. People were waiting over two weeks. Also, once you pass and go through orientation they pay you $25/per day. Not so. I went through orientation on a Friday, Monday was a holiday, I didn't get any money till Tuesday afternoon. 4 1/2 days without money following 2+ weeks of no money pathetic.

Watch your paperwork. BY LAW, they are required to give you a copy of the retail installment agreement. They didn't. They did send me an email with that subject line, however, the attachment was of something else. It was either deceptive of them or a mistake, however, neither they nor their lender have a copy of that. Pathetic.

No school or company is perfect. Oh, and be prepared to be a "team" for many many months. Your "training" will keep you with another person for about 3 months. Most of their routes require 3 months driving time. However, you can "bid" on a route you want, however, their wasn't one open route and there was an average of about 40 drivers on a waiting list for 0-1 open position(s). Also, the school had about a 50% pass rate. Not good. And don't believe their crap about "we are here for you". I had an issue with my backing instructor and wanted to move to a different instructor. I spoke with the "Student Liaison" and left word for the School Director. They didn't even address my concerns and to add insult to injurty, the "Student Liaison" is the same administrative told me she is much to busy for me right now.

They are a machine. They bring in twice as many drivers as they have trainers. Milk 10K out of each student. Have no concern weither you pass or not(just their pass rate). Make you drive teams for many months following the required training. Then you quit and pay off the rest of your loan.

I am a Veteran and I have contacted the VA as well.
