We purchased a timeshare week through premier vacation club. This was set up as a week at los abrigados resosrt in Sedona, Az. We purchased a Copper Membership (cheapest they had).

I feel we were high pressured throughout the whole experience. I did not want to do sign but once again felt pressured into doing so. We continually have maintenance fees to pay. Besides the original payment of $6995 for our every other year purchase, we also have the yearly maintenance fees to pay which will continue to rise. This purchase was made 2/25/2006.

I wrote to company shortly after purchasing (within the year) and explained to them that I had Parkinson's Disease and felt that this was not a wise purchase for me or my husband. I received no acknowledgement from them whatsoever.

I am literally sick of this company. We did have one good experience & that was trading for a week in Hawaii. Accomodations were adequate but we had to have membership in Interval International. Always money upfront.

I noticed that there was a class action suit filed in 2007. Is there any report on this class action suit?

Thank you for any assistance.
