Where can I start? These guys have a nice, young sounding female & New York/Puerto Rican accented man calling individuals that are interested in starting a home-based business. Alias' are used like Johnny Walker, Raymond Harris, Robert Cruz, John, Mark Banks, Marie, and Renee.

They want to know how much you have to spend on your credit cards right away. Coastal Advisorz, aka Premier Virtual Services claim to be "marketing & advertising professionals" that could help you make thousands and thousands of dollars a week using their strategies. Their programs cost anywhere between $1,000 and $25,000 and you won't even get a purchase receipt, better yet, you won't get anything but more calls to spend more money.

They pass around "buyers" phone numbers and info to other scams so they could do the same. After doing research, the owners are Dewitt Hoopes and Johnny Romero out of Phoenix, Arizona but they have their businesses incorporated out of Laughlin, Nevada for legal purposes.

If you check out their websites www.CoastalAdvisorz.com and www.vsofamerica.com (Virtual Services without the Premier) they are the worst websites you'll ever see. The only website that looks good is their cookie cutter site of www.PremierVirtualServices.com that was already created and put their name on it. But don't let that fool you!

They originally called bad mouthing other companies and business opportunities as their way of convincing to go with them. Bank wire transfers are their preferred method of payment, since that cannot be disputed or reversed. Don't do it!!

Interesting that this false claim from Tammy Jaramillo is still around, but this is the Internet, so things stay for eternity it seems.  Just for those that see only one side of the story.  Keep in mind that there is always another side of things.  People that know me personally know that I have always performed my work with integrity, and that is what I had done with Tammy's business, by installing phone and computer equipment, and was referred to Tammy by Johnny D. Romero, through a joint venture called Premier Virtual Services.  Tammy got all upset because Mr. Romero refused to do certain business duties for her business; and for myself, I was basically given an ultimatum.  Either stay with Tammy's business and perform the same duties, i.e. phone and computer maintenance or stay with Mr. Romero and suffer the consequences.

Needless to say, Ms. Jaramillo made good on her promise to go after Mr. Romero, and then myself by sending over some of her office goons to harass us both.  One evening, Mr. Romero was at his home with his family, and all of a sudden there were gun shots that struck both his vehicle, and the other one went through their front door, missing their 2 year old daughter my mere inches.  Then, the same night, not more than half an hour later, I had a knock at my door to my apartment, and they were loud bangs.  Mr. Romero called me and told me what had happened, and he told me not to answer the door because of what had happened to him just a short time ago.  We both put the pieces together, and we were scared, and upset to say the least.  We brought evidence to the Maricopa court system, and went through the system to put an "Injunction Prohibit Harassment" against Ms. Jaramillo.  After the judge had carefully reviewed the case, she found ample and credible evidence to prove our case, and the judge issued "Injunction Prohibit Harassment" against Ms. Jaramillo, as can clearly be seen below from the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County.

Never have I had to go through such nonsense, and I hope no one else will either.  In future, have a signed contract or quote system in place showing what your customer is getting for your services.  Sadly, we do not live in Ireland or other old time places where a hand shake and a lager seals the deal.  I am old school, and try to live up to such ideals, but especially in Arizona, the Wild West still lives on.  If you appear weak, you will be taken advantage of.

Having done extensive research on various companies that offer both web site design and media call blast, I found a company that actually does both, and at fair and reasonable prices. Premier Virtual Services was the only company that had the breadth and resources to offer my business what was needed.

To start off with, my company has offices in both Arizona, New Mexico and California and have been in business for several years in the real estate and mortgage business, and many of our clients are high profile and very loyal. When I searched for a company that could provide the web site design and media call blast services that were required, I had to take into account the prior and present business dealings that any potential vendor has had with other companies or individuals, as anything that would be construed as negative could effect my business.

When I saw the one negative report here on Ripoff Report, I did not want to automatically take this site as the definitive source for customer feed back. I had other sources at my disposal to investigate businesses that my company chose to be the vendor of choice, and truth be known, Ripoff Report has been known to allow posting from disgruntled employees or investors and many without merit. After investigating Premier Virtual Services business practices, I had the chance to meet the company owners, Johnny Romero and Jennifer Sanchez. Premier Virtual Services is in every sense a true family business, which both Johnny and Jenny own and actively participate in. Jenny handles all business activities relating to web site design and implementation and Johnny handles the media call blast. I have to honestly say that the web site was beautifully constructed and at a fraction of the cost of other web site design firms. The media call blast worked better than I planed and my company was able to target the exact customers and in the regions that I needed. The media call blast alone saved my company a considerable amount of money. With auto dialers and software, is is more expensive, plus you have to hire people to maintain the system. With the media call blast, there is no auto dialers or hardware, just a web login and control panel, and it can be controlled from any computer.

I also had the chance to meet DeWitt Hoopes, who I thought was also an owner of Premier Virtual Services, however he was only the IT Director, and also offered optional IT services to my business and other clients. Premier Virtual Services, through DeWitt Hoopes was able to provide guidance on phone systems, computers and cabling. What I can say is that the systems that DeWitt installed at my three offices is very robust and modern, and I have the Avaya IP Office 4.2 platform, which enables our offices to connect to each other as if they were local calls. Our computers were all iMac with quality speed and memory that will last us for years to come. Needless to say, DeWitt is unfortunately no longer on call for Premier Virtual Services, and is no longer in the telephone or computer business, but Premier Virtual Services has an alternative company that now handles my IT infrastructure.

The bottom line is as follows:

1) Premier Virtual Services delivered what they promised; quality web site, and media call blast

2) Professional and friendly business service and catered to my business needs.

3) Professional IT services and quality selection of Avaya and Apple equipment.

I would recommend Premier Virtual Services over the competition anytime and Premier Virtual Services is not some stuffy corporation that is out to rip any one off. They truly work with their customers and deliver. Honestly, the only thing I can say I had a problem with is that it took longer than I hopped to get my new web site up, but that was partly because of a delay in transferring my business domain to Premier Virtual Services web servers, which was my fault for not pushing Go Daddy to release to domain, but that was resolved without problems.

So, basically the original complaint that was posted against Premier Virtual Services is untrue and not based in fact. I interviewed the owners and some of their customers and some of these customers are auto dealerships and mortgage companies who had nothing but praise for Premier Virtual Services and have continually done business with them, as I will also.

Thank you Johnny and Jenny for your great products and services and I will recommend your company to any of my clients and business associates. You save me time and money and allowed my company to be more organized and profitable, and that mean allot.
