On September 4th 2012 Premiere Movers came to my home and immediately started trying to charge me for wrapping items. I already had wrapped them with blankets and tape to protect my belongings. However I agreed to have them wrap some items for a minimal cost and of course 1 item was damaged a pool table light. 5 men arrived with 2 trucks and worked from 9 to 9PM very hard and we even had 3 men help them load and unload the truck.

The move was 7 miles away and when the trucks were loaded I said please follow me to the new house. The Foreman said do you mind if we stop off and eat I said ok see you soon. Well they showed up and unloaded the house and I heard the men say they were starving. We than replied I thought you were going to stop and eat? They responded they were lost and wanted to get the job done. We are simple people and called in $120 in food for them and we all sat down and ate and than they went right back to work. In the meantime I struggled trying to get them to put things where they belong and ended up having them move furniture to the correct rooms since they did not pay close attention to details. At the end of the night when they wanted to get paid I did another walk through and found Furniture not assembled and made them do it before paying them.

Here is the low down. On 9/12/2012 i noticed in over $3000 in credit card charges in Paterson where some of them Live they had some fun charging at Models-Applebees and things like Nail shops and gas fees. Of course we reversed the charges and called  Issaac who really did not seem to care much that one of their guys went inside my wifes pocket book and took a credit card.

Another interesting Item I have a Baptism to go to on 9/22 and wanted to wear some Jewelry. Low and behold 4 Rings and 2 necklass are gone. These guys are clearly experts in theft and have a real scam going. Now I know why they went somewhere with the truck before making a delivery to go through Items in boxes that were marked Master bedroom. To think I even paid each guy $100 tip for working late and handling a 3000 sq foot house move in one day possible. I am truly shocked.

Here is Isaacs response to all of it and I believe he is involved since I never mentioned I put my TV in the car he was not there as well.

This is what I paid.

1 Truck/s, 5 Men, $150.00/hrs 12.0 hours    $1800.00
Travel Time:    $150.00
$30K coverage ($450 with $500 deductible)    $0.01
Holdover Fee    $150.00
Packing Materials    $150.00
Total Moving Rate    $2250.01

More threats from Premiere Movers

#8Author of original report

Thu, December 06, 2012

On December 6th 2012 at 2:25 PM I received an email from Premiere Movers with more threats and harassment claiming they lost $50,000 because of a complaint against them which they continuously ignore. The Signature says Yosef Atiya Owner . I have never spoken to this man nor have they attempted to return my property or handle the complaint in a professional manner for going on 90 days now.

It looks like I have no choice but to file a complaint on this company and take the loss.

Please people Google Premiere Movers Wyckoff NJ Rip Off Report and read everything there is on the Internet. This is extremely helpful when hiring a Moving Company and avoid problems. Do your homework when hiring anyone.

Once again, we do not understand why the customer will continue to post here but not return our phone calls. The customer showed in his last post that we did try to resolve this . WE DID ASK FOR A POLICE REPORT. Yet , WE NEVER GOT ONE. We don't think the customer even filed one. We are really hoping the customer will understand that WE ARE TRYING TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS... Please contact us and we can work together. We already let go of one of the guys who worked on that job and two others are still frozen.  We are hopeful this can be resolved.

Thanks

Ruben

The customer was told to contact premier movers with the police report and any other evidence. The customer is still encouraged to call Premier Movers to solve this matter. Premier Movers did and will cooperate with any investigation. If any our employees is found guilty we will take further action such as file criminal charges against the thief. In meanwhile, all the workers that worked on that job were frozen until further notice. ONCE AGAIN WE CALL ON THE CUSTOMER TO CALL US TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. WE TRIED LEAVING VOICE MESSAGE AND GOT NO CALL BACK.

Lies

The owner did not watch the men and I have not asked for any reduction in the moving price. This was fair and agreed upon. However there is a thief in this company or more than one. They have not tried to resolve. American Express has this company under investigation and A video will be produced on the culprits that took the credit card.

The Jewelry is probably pawned. This is the truth and we will never use them again nor recommend Premiere Movers to anyone. I hope this information reaches others that due their diligence before hiring a truck load of guys that scheme to get what they can easily from your boxes.

Do not leave anything of value near Premiere Movers! Hope this helps on your decision when moving! Shame on you Premiere Movers!

We have tried to resolve this

The customer had called us and informed Isaac of his suspicion. We encouraged Gene to RESOLVE the matter with the police and get back to us with the police report. However, he NEVER did and a few days later decided to file this complaint. Isaac clearly told Gene he wants to get to the bottom of this and resolve the issue. As far as the trucks stopping, the owner himself was at the job so he would make sure nothing was stolen. This story is all bogus in attempt to reduce the cost of the move. If in fact items were stolen, we still encourage the customer to file a police report and we will fully cooporate with any investigation. Furthermore, we will go as far as assisting the client to file criminal charge against any thief.
