Complaint Review: PremiereOne

I was contacted by "PremierOne" offering me a Mastercard with membership to all of their "wonderful" services. I allowed them to deduct $174.00 from my checking account with the understanding that the Mastercard would be sent to me within 2-4 weeks of the withdrawal.

They also stressed that I could get an almost full refund ($159.00) if I cancelled the membership within 30 days. I called many times asking where the card was and they kept telling me it had been sent to me. I never did receive the card. I got totally fed up and called to cancel my membership.

They told me I had to send the complete package of membership materials back to them before they could issue me a credit. I did that and it has been months and I have not received any of my money back. The telephone # on the membership materials is always a fast busy, so I cannot get in touch with anyone. The address is fake too. It's listed in directory assistance as Mailboxes, Etc.

I'm concerned that I should cancel my checking account and open a new one.
