I purchased the Premiere Trade AI software in October 2006 after attending a seminar. There was a free trial period in order to try out the software. I returned the software within this period and was told that my refund would be mailed to me.

After waiting for the check in the mail, I called the company and was told that I was entitled to a refund, but that they were backed up. I finally decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company after a few months. Next, I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. The BBB told me that I was also entitled to a refund, but they couldn't tell me when.

I have called more times than I can remember and I have a log of all the calls. I also have documentation from the company that I am entitled to a refund, as well as a recorded conversation of me returning the software.

I don't recommend buying anything from this company, since you will most likely never see your money again if you decide to return it. Also, document everything.

This is my last resort for a resolution before I ask my attorney for help. I didn't want to get involved in a legal battle, but I think it may be the only way to deal with this company.

It amazes me how this company can steal people's money and still remain in business. I am still waiting for my refund after almost two years. Do not get involved with this company!
