On January 10,2007 I purchased the Premiere Trade AI program for $3,174.70 after 2 weeks with the program I was unable to sucessfully trade with the product. During the first seminar I was told that it would only take a week to get a refund. I returned to program on January 22,2007 to a Brian Diaz I was informed that it would take 30 days to receive my complete refund.

After nearly 60 days I called and spoke with Terrence who after trying to correct me telling me that it takes 30 to 45 days to get a refund. He then informed me that my refund is on backlog. It is now June 8,2007 I have called repeatedly since then always talking to Terrence and recieving the same answer that my refund is in backlog how long can a backlog be.
