Premiere Whitening is now doing business as Everbright Smiles.

I heard on the TV news and read an online MSN article about this $.99 sample of teeth whitening gel so I ordered the sample online.

The company called me to verify my address.  I shoulld have realized this was a SCAM when the guy asked me several times to repeat YES to him. He started to tell me about some other items for sell and I told him that I didn't want to purchase anything else. I also said that if I had to buy something to get the .99 sample to forget the whole thing.

When I received my Charge Card statement there was the charge for .99 and also a charge for $158.27. I called right away and was told that this was a subscription for a monthly service for their product. I said that I didn't subscribe to anything and they said, "We will be happy to cancel your subscription, but can not refund the $158.27 because you didn't cancel within the 10 day trial period."

It seems that the .99 sample is not a sample at all! I asked what do I receive for the $158.27 and was told that I had already received the whitening gel--the .99 covered the postage only on the so called sample.

I said that I wanted all my money refunded and that this was a SCAM. I was told sorry but NO REFUND! I then asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told NO! I repeated my request to speak to a supervisor and was told NO again and that he was ending this phone conversation. Would you believe that he said Have a good day and hung up on me!

I intend to report this to the BBB, MSN,the TV News and every online site that I can.
