On  Oct 29, 2009 I ordered two different  Risk free trial teeth whitening kits In the article a mom stated she stumbled upon a way to whiten her teeth  that even amazed her Dentist  Which were 30supply for $.99 shipping and Handlling for each.  I read the article 3 times and found no small print so signed up.   Nov 4 I received a product called Cleanwhites but didn't open it since it said you had to use both products at the same time and I had ordered  Premiere whitening, so wasn't sure if I could use it as it wasn't the name of product ordered.  Then several days later the other package arrived. Once again a different name on the product.  Instead of Smile Bright I received FYSOpro. I thought there had to be something wrong and wasn't about to mix these two products like mentioned in the article found on this website; (((Redacted)))

I was very busy at the time so put off checking it out any farther.  On Nov 12 I got a call from the bank wanting me to verify some funny transactions going on with our credit card.  This was when we found out they were trying to bill us $158.32 for some kind of Colon cleanser and $ 6.99 Shipping and Handling plus another billing for $79.95+$5.95 S&H.  We got a whole list of numbers to call but they either didn't work or they were very rude and had every excuse why they had the right to bill us.  They finally sent us a e-mail with UPS Label Delivery to return the product  with in 10 days. followed by a letter  telling us we didn't need to return the product and no farther action was needed.  Then we got another e-mail stating we needed to send it back followed by another e-mail sating we didn't have to.  I finally called BBBureau,Attorney General Office  and Fraud line for our bank.  I called all of these numbers given by the two companies to resolve it but never got anywhere.  These are some of the numbers 877-292-6892,877-615-8222,888-594-9257 and 866-878-1512.  Nothing helped to resolve this but our Credit card is no longer inservice and a investigation is in progress for their fraudulant activities.  Hope this spares someone else this stress and heart break.
