My husband and I attended one of the workshops held by Premiere One AI at a hotel in Tampa FL on December 6, 2006. At that time we purchased their software for $3,204.65 with the confirmed knowledge that after trying for a specified period of time; we would be able to get a total refund provided that we returned the package before a specified date. We returned the purchased package before the requested time and were told that a refund would be forwarded to us (signed by R. Heidt).

Since that time (13 months ago) we have called the office on many, many occasions and are told repeatedly that they are behind in their accounting and that we will definitely receive a refund. BULL! This Company is deceiving its customers and is very very fraudulent as there has been no refund received to date.

I can agree with the other people who have previously filed a complaint. THIS TYPE OF FRAUD MUST BE STOPPED before more people are put into the circumstances that we find ourselves.

At the time we purchased this software we were living in the Tampa, Florida area and are planning a trip back there and would be willing to do anything we can to try to discourage others before they are taken in by this SCAM.

I checked into this customers claims and we did miss them when we were processing the group that they were in. When accounting noticed the oversight they sent out a check... I can confirm that this customer has in fact received their full refund... We apologize for this delay as it was never our intention to make anyone have to wait for their refund. Anyone who is due a refund will certainly receive their refund.....

It is now May, 2007 and still no refund from this deceptive Company.
