I just want to write this report about this company to warn everyone about what a lousy company they are and what a scam they operate. Their PremiereTrade AI software is a trading tool that the company sells for $3000 and is a total ripoff because almost all of the trading tools that the software uses such as buying and selling pressure can be found for free on the Internet at places such as fxcm.com, cmsforex.com, and gmsforex.com, amongst many others.

The software has numerous bugs in it and doesn't work. The company says you can trade directly through the software, but, how convenient, only with PremiereTrade Securities, which is owned by the James Dicks' uncle, JW. This is against SEC rules and PremiereTrade employees are told to lie to anyone who calls and asks about this arrangement because they fear the SEC coming after them.

The company preys on "get rich quick" types of people who don't realize that their software is a ripoff. They throw out of their seminars anyone who questions their company. James Dicks founded 4X Made Easy while working at Globaltec and then he left to start PremiereTrade. Globaltec was bought by Dynetech and now PremiereTrade is working with Dynetech to market their software. The company makes it very hard for anyone to receive a refund for the software (they offer a 15 day return period)

Please be careful with this company.

I do not make a practice of responding to these sorts of forums as they can become unproductive. I have no problem with anyone posting their experience, opinions and or feelings in reference to our company, products and or services.

Our company is one big family; we all take ownership in providing the best possible support we can. There is no question that as the software was rolled out at the end of 2004 that there were certain bugs and or issues. I was a WT user long before this software and company and they had and still have some of the same problems. Our software is far more reliable today than ever before and with every new customer it gets even better.

We offer 30 days because we believe that you need 30 days to truly determine if the product is right for you. Our competitors are now at 7 days and you have to pay for their customer support. If you don't need the tools and can get what you need for free then by all means absolutely do so.

As for our securities side of the business the brokerage business has been licensed with the NASD since 1983, that's a long time, we have no problems with them or the SEC. We have had the same compliance officer for 15 years.

It is true that the only direct access trading available at this time is through PremiereTrade securities. HOWEVER, if you call them you can not open an account, we don't accept new accounts. The only customers that were given direct access were some of our customers that have been with us since the late 80's. We have transferred all other customers to an outside brokerage firm that we have no interest in. We will have several brokerage firms to choose from in the very near future to direct access with, none of which we have an interest in.

JW Dicks nor James Dicks has any ownership in PremiereTrade Securities, and of course the SEC and NASD would know this, as it has been so since 1983.

There are only two share holders of PremiereTrade and there are no outside owners.

PremiereTrade has no ties with Dynetech. PremiereTrade does no business with Dynetech.

I do apologize strongly for any bad experience you may have had, that is not the way we all strive to accomplish our goals here.

Sincerely,

Respond to this Report!
