Bad business practice by selling software in rip-off price.

Promotes try out software and if do not like it, may return anytime in 2 weeks time and no question asked. In fact will charge your credit card in a blink and give you extra hard time to return the software in fact the people try to hide and ignore you when you want to return the software, plus they will ask you so much stupid questions when you return the software. When I told them "I thought you said no question asked if return the software." he said "this is my job to ask questions, because the company required me to ask questions."
After that they will tell you that they do not have credit card machine now, so can not give consumer the proved of return product invoice. They only sign on the purchasing invoice saying Product returned. Than they will send you the check in about 2 months or 2 cycle of credit card charge.
