Signed up for 30 day trial 9/19/06..returned software and printed material 9/27/06.Called several times to inquire about refund, Talked with Clint Vaughn,Erica Jones, and a rep Valadamir.
E-mailed request for refund 10/26/06,11/17/06, 12/01/06, 12/08/06, 1/8/07, 1/28/07.
Faxed 12/08/06 to Clint Vaughn.
Premiere Trade responded to all correspondance with, "Refunds are processed in the order that the request is made,"and my request has been granted.Refunds are processed and mailed out in the form of a check.

I looked into this situation and I can confirm that this customer did in fact receive a full refund of his purchase price in the form of a check.
