Complaint Review: Premium Advantage

Received a call from Premium Advantage offering a $5000 unsecured credit card along with a package of other benefits. The cost of the offer was $299.95. The money was taken from my account on 1-03-05. I have 3 never received the package. I have called several times and each time they say it will be mailed. I would like to have my money put back in my account as appearently this is a scam.
